Surcharging credit card
Surcharging is the guarantee way to save money on processing fees. How does surcharging work? It's simple. A surcharge is added on top of credit card transactions. The surcharge is used to pay the monthly processing fees, so the merchant never sees this fee. If you have an unhappy customer that's fine. They can switch to a debit card. Debit cards and prepaid cards will NOT accrue a surcharge. This means the merchant will continue to pay for debit/prepaid processing fees. Even so, expect at least a 50% in savings! The equipment you need is determined by how you would accept Credit and Debit Cards in your establishment. Lease purchases can range from $19.99 to $59.99 per month. All costs are 100% tax deductible as a business expense.
